Software Update (18th June 2025)

On Wednesday 18th June, we updated AML HQ with a number of small but important enhancements.  If you have any new features that you would like added, please contact one of our team directly or send an email to support@amlhq.com.

A summary of the key enhancements included in this release are as follows:

  1. We have added the ability to import a PEP/Sanction screening check that was conducted external to AML HQ. This includes the ability to attach an image or document as supporting evidence.
  2. Drag and drop functionality has been added which allows you to quickly upload images, PDFs and other supporting documents. Many clients have asked for this feature and is has been added to the ID, proof of address and PEP/Sanctions screens.
  3. The ID Verification review screen has been updated to allow you to populate additional fields such as nationality and the date of approval as you are reviewing documents submitted by your clients.
  4. We have improved the navigation menu options on the Client and Associated Party screens to make it easier to make a client inactive/active or to remove and delete identity verification and other records.
  5. Automated Client Risk Assessment Tasks
    1. The system will now only create Client Risk Assessment tasks for Active Client files that are a Business Relationship and have a status of Complete. Please note that you also need to have Auto Create Tasks enabled in your account settings.
  6. Advanced Identity Verification
    1. It is now possible to reopen a completed identity verification session so that your client can resubmit their Proof of Address documents. This is useful in the scenario that a client has successfully completed the biometric verification; however, they have provided inadequate proof of address documents and you want re-open the session so that they can resubmit.
    2. We have improved the Advanced Identity Verification screen to improve the user experience around the submission of Proof of Address documents.
  7. It is now possible to edit/update the names of corporate clients. This was not previously possible if the client file had been populated from the official government registry.
  8. We fixed an issue where the PDF identity document image was not displaying correctly in the Link identity verification screen.

Please get in touch if you would like further information on the above enhancements or if you would like a demo of these new features (support@amlhq.com).
